Mustang Goes To Daytona

Riding season is finally here and Mustang Motorcycle Products, LLC is more than ready! Celebrating the company’s “It’s All About The Ride” mantra, they are taking to the road with a new look and a new big rig to help launch 2013 in style as part of the Bike Week festivities in Daytona Beach, Florida. You can’t miss the rig at the Speedway.

“After 30 years of making the world’s most comfortable motorcycle seats, our focus has shifted to the ride ahead,” says Mustang’s Product Manager Matt Kulman. The new logo and big rig are just a hint at the new products that will make their debut in Daytona. “Mustang now has seats for the Gold Wing, with Triumph T100 and Victory Cross Country seats coming very soon.”

Matt adds, “we have several other exciting additions to our full range of seats for metric cruisers and Harleys® to be announced very soon.” Some of this excitement stems from collaborations with Küryakyn and racer-turned-designer Roland Sands. “Working with talent like this has resulted in cutting edge designs that are combined with Mustang’s well-established reputation for comfort.”

“It really is all about the ride,” remarks Kulman. “While we are proud of the fact Mustang seats are still handcrafted in our historic facility in Three Rivers, Massachusetts, we also recognize that it was time for some change. Now is the time to get the message out to a new type of riders who might not know Mustang’s history or quality.”

To help get the word out, Mustang is taking its rig on the road, starting with Bike Week in Daytona. “Trailer queens get a bad rap, but we are pretty proud of our new tractor/trailer,” Matt quips. “Seriously though, stop by the Mustang display at the track to win Mustang swag.” At the end of Bike Week, a FREE seat will be awarded in a random drawing to someone who checks in at the Mustang truck during the show. While you are there, check out Mustang’s new products, including their full line of luggage and RSD café racer seats (available exclusively through Drag Specialties). Be sure to pick up a free copy of Mustang’s 2013 catalogs for Metric and H-D® applications.*

Even if you can’t ride to Daytona for Bike Week you are still eligible to enter the drawing for a FREE seat as part of Mustang’s 2013 “Check In & Win Sweepstakes” — simply Like Mustang on Facebook @ www.facebook.com/MustangSeats during Bike Week and be eligible for the drawing. “We want everyone to understand it is all about the ride… maybe our Daytona winner can ride out on their new seat to see us in Laughlin or Sturgis later this year,” says Kulman.
