The latest Ridebook chapter is a video and essay on the Prohibition Tour curated by musician Butch Walker. Accompanied by a few friends, including Carlo Mondavi of the renowned winemaking family, Walker chronicles a Pacific Coast Harley ride that left sunny L.A., pushed through wicked rain in Big Sur and ended in serene vineyards and a most gratifying gig in Napa Valley.
“I’m seldom certain what in life we’ve earned, versus what we’ve been given,” Walker writes. “But I do know that on the Prohibition Tour, we savored every last drop of goodness because of an appreciation forged on the frigid, wet ribbon of highway that brought us there.”
