J&P, is always looking for new, innovative ways to interact with customers. Over the years they have come to the realization that getting to know them is not only fun, but it’s important, too. There are so many companies out there who provide a variety of services, but never really take the time to get to know their customers. J&P Cycles doesn't ever want to become one of those companies.
Recently the J&P marketing department sat down and held a brainstorming session to come up with a program that would benefit our customers, and allow us to get a “snapshot” into their world. Since we have a wide variety of customers, finding something that everyone could participate in was key. After hours of going through a list of ideas, we stumbled upon one that was simple and fun. A sticker sheet! Now I know that doesn’t sound too exciting, but this is not a normal sticker sheet. It’s a J&P Cycles sticker sheet! The sheet has a variety of different sized stickers on it and on the back is the important part – simple clear message – “Show us where you stuck yours!”
Curious where you can pick one up? Place an order. Stickers are being placed in boxes leaving our facility. Some are also being taken to events.
What should you do if you get one of these sticker sheets? Simply place the sticker wherever you feel it should be stuck, snap a picture then send to us. Doing so gets participants entered into a monthly drawing to win a J&P Cycles gift card. Eventually we plan on posting a gallery of these photos online and allowing you – the customer – to vote on the entries. Some of the pictures we have already received have been amazing! Very cool to see the variety of customers we serve and we can’t wait for you to see all of the cool pictures we have collected! Keep on sending them!
