Over Singapore Slings at the Buddha Bar a lively discussion ensued about the many spectacular Hindu and Buddhist temples that dot Los Angeles and vicinity. The intoxicating topic (and strong drinks) got us all monked-up which inspired this Triking Viking to take a trek on my trike to see these shrines. Turns out there are some 50 such sanctuaries in Southern California, so with zen in hand my Norwegian sidekick, Christina and I hit the road.
