By the last Sunday of Bikeweek in Daytona, your “dogs” are tired. It’s time to head back to your favorite Saloon, sit around, and take in the last of the stunning weather, bands that haven’t departed, and the deals being offered by the merchants. While some spend the day packing, I prefer to extend the rally by just one more day, making Monday my travel day. The last Sunday is a special day, the party is still going on, yet there’s a calmness over the area. The bikes are still parading and the ladies are still beautiful. Spring is in the air and the next Florida event, Leesburg Bikefest, one of Florida’s best, is just around the corner! Stay tuned.
