L.A. Cops Busts 51 In Motorcycle Theft Ring Sting Operation

California Highway Patrol officials announced Wednesday they have broken up three Los Angeles County-based motorcycle theft rings, including one in Long Beach. AMA Hillclimb Grand Championship heads to Bay City, Wis., in 2014
