Hey,
We are off to Cincy tomorrow, and with the help of Doc Robinson, the Tech Editor, of Heavy Duty Magazine, the lovely and always patient Nyla, and Ray C. Wheeler, the Bikernet Performance Editor, we have 75 stellar Dealer Show care packages to deliver. We have to take care of the bros.
Let’s hit the news. I need to pack, one of the headquarters toilets is clogged, and I need to take shots of the new S&S air cleaner that just arrived.
NEW BIKERNET TRIKES CONTRIBUTOR CHECKS IN–The Triking Vikings been off roading and doing doughnuts in the mountain snow… I got a great story.
DOC, FROM HEAVY DUTY AUSTRALIA TO CONTRIBUTE TO BIKERNET TRIKES AND BIKERNET BAGGERS– I arrive on Wednesday, landing at LAX around 10.00 am. By the time I clear customs and get my rental car, I expect to be arriving at Bikernet HQ around one, just in time to take you to lunch if you wish.
Or at least you will (hopefully) have someone there raise the portcullis and drop the drawbridge to let me in.
I am working on four great trike features, three Harleys and a sensational Rocket 3 with independent rear suspension. All of which I will make available for your site.

BIKERNET MEDICAL CENTER REACHES OUT TO THE GOOD DOCTOR–Anti-Inflammatory Diet Makeover: Grocery Shopping Tips– we present tips on the what, why and how of the Dr. Weil-recommended anti-inflammatory diet. Get started today!
Simple steps to help you make your grocery cart a vehicle for healthy living. Use these suggestions the next time you shop for groceries:
* Produce Section: Choose fresh, whole organic produce whenever possible. Fruits and vegetables from all parts of the color spectrum should make up most of your grocery items.
* Canned/Packaged Foods: Choose no- or low-sodium canned and packaged foods.
* Grains, Breads, Cereals and Legumes: Choose products made of whole, intact grains, not white or whole wheat-flour products. Stock up on healthy, inexpensive staples like dried beans and lentils.
* Dairy, Refrigerator Case and Frozen Foods: Avoid anything with carrageenan (which may be irritating to the digestive tract), choose organic, hormone-free dairy products without a lot of added sugar, and choose frozen foods that are organic. Avoid frozen meals that are high in sodium, and instead opt for healthier protein sources such as frozen edamame, omega-3 enriched eggs and fresh tofu.
* Meat/Seafood/Fish: Choose fresh or frozen to widen your selection, and focus on seafood. When buying salmon, always opt for wild-caught Alaskan varieties.
NEW STORZ PERFORMANCE SP1200RR CAFÉ RACER SHOW BIKE–Storz Performance has developed a new line of Café Racer style accessories for use on 2004 to current model Harley–Davidson Sportsters. A new show bike, the Storz SP1200RR, has been constructed to serve as a rolling display case for these items. A hand formed aluminum gas tank and road race style fiberglass tail section with custom Saddlemen seat pads creates the basis for the look. Specially modified clip-on handlebars by Driven are mounted to the Storz/ Ceriani 55mm Inverted fork tubes above the top triple clamp. Ohlins rear shocks with adjustments for compression & rebound damping, spring preload, and overall length, complete the suspension package.
The donor bike for this project was a low mileage 2007 model 883 Sportster, but installation of a Wiseco piston kit increased the displacement to the 1200cc level. A BUB / Storz 2:2 high pipe exhaust and a Performance Machine air cleaner handle the breathing chores on this fuel injected bike.
The bike rolls on 18” wheels, front and rear, with Metzeler tires, Galfer Floating Wave Brake Rotors, and Performance Machine brake calipers. A Storz billet rear set footpeg kit, Barnett custom cables, PM hand controls, and a Storz/Ceriani Steering Damper keep things under control. Pearlescent paintwork done by Vintage Restorations, Oxnard, Ca.
The bike will be on display at the Cincy V-Twin Expo in the Wiseco Piston booth on February 4-6, and also at the Indianapolis Powersports Expo, February 17-19, 2012 in the Galfer Brakes booth..

BAGGER FOR AMERICAN IRON BAGGER THEN BIKERNET BAGGERS, MAYBE–Let me explain; I shot his friends bike at this location for American Iron. The bikes and the location are so much the same.
By the way, April American Iron’s April issue that are out in March have a bike from me on the cover.

BIKERNET UNIVERSITY ENGLISH DEPARTMENT IDONEOUS VOCABULARY LESSON–idoneous ahy-DOH-nee-uhs, adjective:
Appropriate; fit; suitable; apt.
As far as benefices are concerned no one could be more idoneous, fitting or suitable than Martin, since he is an Anglican clergyman.
— Patrick O’Brian, The Truelove
It would hardly be possible to apply less idoneous adjectives to it than Watson’s reiterated “wailing” and “haunting.”
— Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, The Adventure of the Mazarin Stone
Idoneous is derived from the Latin word idoneus which meant “suitable.”
BIKERNET UNIVERSITY HISTORY CLASS NOW OPEN– At local taverns, pubs, and bars, people drank from pint and quart-sized containers. A bar maid’s job was to keep an eye on the customers and keep the drinks coming. She had to pay close attention and remember who was drinking in ‘pints’ and who was drinking in ‘quarts,’ hence the phrase ‘minding your ‘P’s and Q’s’.
One more: bet you didn’t know this!
In the heyday of sailing ships, all war ships and many freighters carried iron cannons. Those cannons fired round iron cannon balls.
It was necessary to keep a good supply near the cannon. However, how to prevent them from rolling about the deck? The best storage method devised was a square-based pyramid with one ball on top, resting on four resting on nine, which rested on sixteen. Thus, a supply of 30 cannon balls could be stacked in a small area right next to the cannon.
There was only one problem…how to prevent the bottom layer from sliding or rolling from under the others. The solution was a metal plate called a ‘Monkey’ with 16 round indentations. However, if this plate were made of iron, the iron balls would quickly rust to it. The solution to the rusting problem was to make ‘Brass Monkeys.’
Few landlubbers realize that brass contracts much more and much faster than iron when chilled. Consequently, when the temperature dropped too far, the brass indentations would shrink so much that the iron cannonballs would come right off the monkey; Thus, it was quite literally, ‘Cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey.’

NEW PRINT FROM GROSSMAN–Here’s a sneak peak at the latest print from notorious hot rod/biker artist Larry Grossman. Titled “LUCK OF THE DRAW AT LUCKY’S LAST STOP”, this exciting and amazingly detailed Lithograph (a high quality poster) measures 18 x 24″ and is printed on the highest quality 100lb. cover stock paper. It features choppers, rods, kustoms, hot babes and bad-ass dudes …what more could you want for chrissakes!
Larry’s take on the scene:
Lucky’s Last Stop Casino is a seedy desert watering hole situated somewhere between Reno and Hell. Known far and wide as the place to go for a damn good time, customers straggle in from the blistering heat because they know they can get whatever they need at Lucky’s …from whiskey, to poker, to one of Lucky’s girls (as it says above the door: Loose Slots).
A member of the notorious “Stompers” bike gang out of Vegas has just roared up on his metalflaked chopper. But this may not be his lucky day, as he’s outnumbered by several mean-looking hombres, all members of rival bike gang “Dealers in Death”, who are not looking too happy to see him! Everyone’s packin’ heat, so let’s just hope no stray slugs hit that slick black scalloped ’57 Cad Kustom, or dapper looking Lucky by the door …or a gas pump!
Meanwhile, cruising by on the highway is an ol’ skool ’33 Ford chopped rod, and passing overhead is a huge B-36 Bomber, probably on approach to the nearby top-secret Air Force base, Area 51.
Visit: www.retrovisions.com to buy it and also see more of Larry ‘s Art, or call : (818) 907-8626 after 9am Pacific Time, paleeeze! He can even put your bike and/or car (and you or whoever) into any of his pictures!

FIVE RULES TO REMEMBER IN LIFE
1.. Money cannot buy happiness, but its more comfortable to cry in a Mercedes than on a bicycle
2.. Forgive your enemy, but remember the bastard’s name.
3.. Help someone when they are in trouble and they will remember you when they’re in trouble again.
4.. Many people are alive only because it’s illegal to shoot them.
5.. Reforming Democrats is like trying to pick up a turd by it’s clean end.

Keith Ball of Bikernet Acquires Genevieve Schmitt’s Trike Riders Now–
Web sites join forces creating largest family of Web-based motorcycle magazines.
February 1, 2012 – (Wilmington, Calif.) – Keith Ball, editor and owner of Bikernet.com, the oldest and well read V-twin motorcycle magazine online, has acquired TrikeRidersNow.com, an online magazine covering the three-wheeled industry. Trike RidersNow.com was launched in 2009 by Genevieve Schmitt, editor and owner of WomenRidersNow.com. Schmitt will join Ball in creating the Bikernet online portal where visitors can find four motorcycle magazines, Bikernet, Bikernet Trikes (formerly Trike Riders Now, Bikernet Baggers, and Women Riders Now, creating the largest family of motorcycle Web sites.
“I am excited to add trikes to the Bikernet family,” said Ball. “The trike market is one of the fastest growing segments of the powersports industry. That, along with our new bagger site and Genevieve’s Women Riders Now magazine, we’ll provide online motorcycle enthusiasts all the information they want from one family of Web sites. More importantly, we can offer advertisers opportunities to reach a wider variety of readers online.”
“I couldn’t have found a better person than that bastard Ball to take over Trike Riders Now at this time,” said Genevieve Schmitt. “By handing over the reins to Keith and his staff, I can focus on expanding WomenRidersNow.com, which in its seven years of existence has firmly planted itself as the leader in motorcycling news, reviews and information aimed at women.”
While Ball becomes the new owner of Trike Riders Now, Women Riders Now is still completely owned by Schmitt. However, by being part of the Bikernet family of sites and cross-linking them to each other, advertisers have greater opportunities to target their campaigns.
To reach Genevieve Schmitt, call 406.333.4491, or email Gschmitt@WomenRidersNow.com.

GATEWOOD ENGINEERING AND RACE SUPPORT–Though, as with most of our projects they go along slowly; I still thought I would share the newest arrival.
A friend of mine who races a top fuel V-Twin has a man near Chicago who makes his cylinders, and he made these for me.
1000cc XL cylinder base bolt pattern (will have to bore cases larger), and Shovelhead head bolt pattern: 3 7/16” Bore, and 5” stroke w/ 8” rods. 93 cu in/1520cc SHOVESTER.
He wanted a custom rigid chopper frame I had; so we traded for these cylinders, Con. Rods, and a box full of misc. Andrews Trans. gears
The jugs are CNC machined from solid ductile cast iron round stock. I sure love the looks of sharp machining.
Admittedly, it is old technology, but will make a fun skinny slick ’60s style bracket bike for my Son to drag race.

ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLES FROM ZERO–Zero Motorcycles ships faster, longer-range 2012 models–Zero Motorcycles says that its all-new 2012 lineup of faster, longer-range electric motorcycles is now in full production. Dealers can expect to see the models hitting the marketplace throughout the first quarter.
The company celebrated the start of production Dec. 15 with the rollout of its first new 2012 Zero DS. Management and staff greeted the model with applause and excitement, the company reports.
“It’s an amazing feeling to watch the fruition of so much hard work and effort as it comes into being and becomes something that is so special and unique,” said Scot Harden, vice president of global marketing for Zero Motorcycles. “We are very proud of our dedicated team at Zero Motorcycles. Without their passion and dedication to building the very best electric motorcycle, we wouldn’t be in the position we are today. The progress being made is phenomenal, every model in the lineup goes faster, further and is more fun than ever before.”
The 2012 product line had had it debut this past November at EICMA in Milan, Italy.
The Zero S, a streetfighter, and Zero DS, a dual-sport, are both available in a 6 or 9 kWh configuration. As measured by the EPA UDDS, the Zero S is capable of respectively achieving 76 or 114 miles on a single charge. Both motorcycles offer a higher top speed, with the Zero DS hitting 80 mph and the Zero S topping out at 88 mph. Both motorcycles, Zero notes, offer a broad torque band and stealthy acceleration from a standstill.
All the street models, including the Zero XU designed for inner city riding, feature new brushless air-cooled motors and regenerative braking that allow riders to recoup energy during deceleration. The Zero XU now uses the same maintenance-free belt drive system as the Zero S and Zero DS.
Zero says that the new Z-Force power pack found in all the models uses an entirely new battery cell chemistry and configuration that is up to 95 percent more energy dense and is rated to 3,000 complete charge cycles before hitting 80 percent capacity. This means that a Zero S could travel as much as 308,000 miles on its original power pack.
The all-new Zero X and MX dirtbikes also receive upgrades in styling, performance and range. According to Zero, the models have three times the range of previous Zero X and MX models, with substantially more power on tap.
Starting MSRPs are as follows: Zero S, $11,495; Zero DS, $11,495; Zero XU, $7,695; Zero MX, $9,495; Zero X, $9,945.

NEW BILL IN KENTUCKY– We have a bill that we are working on at this time H.B. 328. I ask that you call the legislative hotline at 1-800-372-7181 and leave the following message for your State Representative: “Please Co-sponsor H.R. 328.” If you do not know who your representative is which can be tricky right now due to redistricting just tell the folks at the phone center your address and they will be glad to help you out. You can also look it up by clicking on this link:
http://lrc.ky.gov/Legislators.htm
So the next question I am sure you are asking is what is H.B. 328 and why should I be calling to support it. This bill seeks to address two items. First is a long-standing problem here in KY of folks riding around on their instructional permits for years and years and years. Under current law a person can renew their motorcycle learner’s permit forever. They just have to go back to the county clerk’s office every 3 years and pay the fee. Bad part is that a good chunk of these folks along with others who have not even tried to get their learner’s permit are involved in about half of all accidents here in KY.
In 2010 for example we had about 2000 accidents that were reported. Of those a little over 800 had either a learner’s permit or no license at all. Now when these folks are out on the road on a permit they are supposed to be riding in the daytime, no passengers and with a helmet. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. So you can see how the numbers get skewed by folks who are already breaking the current law which gives lawmakers another reason to try and add even more laws like a mandatory helmet law for example.
The second issue the bill seeks to remedy is a problem, which occurred when the graduated licensing program began a few years back. In that bill it increased the age at which you could even obtain a motorcycle learner’s permit to 18. So, what is wrong with that? Most people may not think about this but KY statute defines anything on 2 or 3 wheels over 50ccs as a motorcycle. Those Vespas and other scooters are technically a motorcycle and you need an endorsement to be able to ride them. Especially in the larger towns like Louisville, Lexington, and Northern KY, these type vehicles are used on a regular basis by the 16-21 crowd among others. Right now there is no way for a 16 or 17 year old to obtain a learner’s permit to ride one of these type machines.
Additionally we have a law on the books for the 16 and 17 year olds which allow them to take the rider-ed course here in the state for FREE and get their motorcycle endorsement. However, they cannot get their endorsement without a permit first. But you cannot get a permit, so why even take the class. See the dilemma? This bill would move the age at which a person could get their motorcycle permit back to 16 1/2 which is when they can get their intermediate driver’s license. Hopefully more kids will go on to take the FREE course as well.
So how is the bill going to address that 1st problem? Glad you asked. A person would have 2 years to get their full motorcycle endorsement just like they do now. You would take the written test and receive your learner’s permit. Now it would be good for one year however and you could renew it once. This would give a person 2 years to complete the process of getting a permit and taking the skills test to get their full endorsement. If they still cannot get their endorsement after 2 years they can still obtain one. They must take an approved rider-ed course and by doing so they will get a card to take to their county clerk for their full endorsement. This bill seeks to address the issues of people without licenses, lack of training and getting the youth more involved and trained as well.

UNCLE MONKEY LOVES TOOLS–That’s right, I love tools. There is nothing more satisfying then going to do a job having the right tool for the job. With the exception of a few specialties tools most bike work can be done with common hand tools and I’ve got a good selection of tools, more then enough to tinker on motorcycles. Being from Canada I’ve also got metric tools along for the ride. You won’t find me getting tripped up by a simple 10mm bolt.
I am hoping to expand my tool collection though. My uncle was a handyman and a machinist. He never worked a day in his life, but always filled his days tinkering away making things and repairing this and that for neighbours. Most of my memories of him revolve around him making things whether it was by stoking the fire in the forge he had constructed or working away at his lathe in “his” shop right next to it on our farm.
The lathe was a mysterious thing growing up. The many knobs and dial served their purposes to my imagination and me. It was the bridge of my space ship as I raced across galaxies with Luke and Han Solo in a frantic war to defeat the evil Empire. My uncle was not impressed. Instead of scolding and banishing me from his “kingdom” he took me under his wing and showed my how to use the master machine. My uncle kept his lathe running by building parts for it on it. Lathes are unique in that they are the only tool that can make themselves. He showed me that tools were to be appreciated and respected and not slammed into gear chasing a TIE wing fighter.
My uncle passed away a couple years ago. Like most old bachelors his stuff was divided up amongst his brothers and sister with most of it ending up in the garbage dump. Most except his tools. His tools live on, barely, stored away in dark, damp buildings collecting rust, fading from memory. No one has come to claim them; no one has come to maintain them. I am hoping that my family will finally pass the lathe onto me. I’m hoping to restore it to its former glory. I’m hoping to let the master machine do what it was designed to do. I’m hoping the art of machining can live on through me. Who knows? Maybe the fate of my universe still lies in these hands.

SIDEHACK JERRY ON THE NATION– When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

US HOUSE COMMITTEE TARGETS FEDERAL FUNDING OF MOTORCYCLE ONLY ROADSIDE CHECKPOINTS– The Motorcycle Riders Foundation reports that Wednesday, February 1st, the United States House of Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure rolled out the latest version of the highway bill. The bill is the long term funding bill for road construction and highway programs.
This version of the bill takes aim at a controversial practice of the Department of Transportation which funded motorcycle-only roadside checkpoints with taxpayer dollars.
The checkpoints have drawn much criticism from the motorcycle community at large. So much so, that longtime motorcycle champion Representative James Sensenbrenner (R-WI) had introduced legislation to end the program by prohibiting any future Federal funding of any motorcycle-only roadside checkpoints. That bill is HR 904. The mammoth highway bill includes the same language as contained in HR 904.
Representative Sensenbrenner had this to say, “We need to focus on proven methods of motorcycle safety, including crash prevention, rider education, and training and proper licensing. Motorcycle-only checkpoints are an intrusive governmental overreach that place an undue burden on riders while doing little to actually improve safety,” He added, “It is encouraging to see that the transportation reauthorization bill will encourage more efficient use of taxpayer dollars and smart motorcycle safety policy.”
Representative Tom Petri (R-WI), a staunch defender of the motorcyclists, had this comment on the issue, “Motorcycle riders are right to be outraged at being singled out for safety inspections,” Petri said. “Nobody is suggesting flagging cars down for unscheduled inspections, and there’s no good reason why motorcycles should be treated differently. It’s unnecessarily intrusive, and not a smart way to use limited police resources.”
We at the MRF could not agree more. While swift passage into law is not likely, this is certainly an encouraging step.
The MRF will keep you updated on this issue–become a member.
LOCAL ABATE STATE GROUP SUPPORTS THE MOTORCYCLE RIDERS FOUNDATION– At the January BOD meeting, the BOD was informed of the current budget shortfall that the MRF is experiencing. Because of this, the ABATE BOD decided to donate $1000 to the MRF in addition to the $1000 that we normally donate in September at Meeting of the Minds.

ACE CAFÉ NEWS, Cafe Racers – A passion from Poland–On Friday 16th March, friends Krzysztof Panczak of www.moto-klinika.pl and Arkadiusz Pawlukowicz of www.szajba.eu.org will be arriving from Poland to debut their latest bike builds at Ace Cafe London, from 6pm.
Arkadiusz’ love affair with motorcycles dates from his childhood and, since 2006, he has taken part in quarter mile drag races at Santa Pod, testing a highly tuned turbo-charged Hayabusa and setting an unofficial speed record of 309km/h. In 2007 he also started his own business, Szajba’s Garage, which has since developed to become a professional customising and tuning establishment with a store offering motorcycle parts and specialist components. The motorcycles built by Arkadiusz include the “Cedzior Streetfighter”, which took first place at both the Polish Motorcycle Championship and FighteRama (Germany) in 2010 and then again with a first at the 2011 Central European Custom Motorcycle Championship at the Euro Bike Fest.
Not long after finishing high school, in 2000 Krzysztof took part in the first Polish Transiberian Motorcycle Expedition, riding a 1954 Jawa and today regularly takes part in vintage motorcycle racing, with good results, to include gaining 3rd place in the Czech Tourist Trophy in 2011! In 2007 he established his own company Moto-Klinika where he specialises in the building of bikes for road racing, as well as cafe racers and old school motorcycles, alongside working on modern machines.
BAKER MANUFACTURES AN OUTTER PRIMARY REPLACEMENT–All new for 2012! The BAKER Bully Primary is designed to work with 2007 and later FLT Touring models.
The mechanically potent design combines with a new removable inspection cover allowing for the use of a manual chain adjuster (also coming soon from BAKER). Get a sneak peek of the product here! Stay tuned, next month we will have a full tech feature with specs, pricing and availability.
THE SHOW AT VERONA IS ONE OF THE LEADING SHOWS DURING THE WINTERSEASON IN EUROPE– I GUESS 130 000 PEOPLE FROM EVERYWHERE SHOWED UP. GOOD FUN IN TYROL OF NORTHERN ITALY– judges will have to choose among all the Bikes present in Verona, each winner (the prize ceremony will take place Sunday January the 22nd immediately after the CCE Championship prize ceremony, Hall 1 on the MBE Stage), will obtain coverage in the magazine by which it will be selected.
Hot Bike is dedicated to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts and Jordan Mastagni, who cooperates with the magazine since 5 years, is the Senior Editor. Each month it covers the spectrum of the latest and newest trends in the American V-Twin industry, from in-depth technical articles to coverage of the globe’s hottest custom bikes. The Magazine’s prestige and Mr Mastagni’s vast knowledge of motorcycles in general contribute to the high level of the Magazine Award.
One of the hottest news is the new bike that Danny Schneider of the Hardnine Choppers is building expressly for Verona. It is a 1950 Triumph Tiger Club Flat Tracker and a preview (pictures) is coming directly from his garage. After his success with the Triumph invited to Mike Lichter Show, to the Artistry in Iron Show of Las Vegas and to the Yokohama Mooneyes Show, a new fantastic creation is expected from this versatile and ebullient customizer and will for sure cause an uproar.
In the meantime his collaborator René has almost finished a Yamaha XS, designed for Verona. The Hardnine Choppers was born in Bern in 2002, the company made its qualitative leap in 2005 with the first complete realizations, but the real turning point came in 2008 when Danny was the first Swiss Customizer to be invited to the Yokohama Mooneyes Show in Japan. The great success achieved in Japan was then confirmed by the third placement in the World AMD Championship (Harley Modified class) in Sturgis.
From Germany is coming back to Motor Bike Expo also Fred Kodlin, the Customizer who above all, till the early 90’, stole the Show in Europe, setting out styles and trends, before coming to the US market. He won many times the Daytona Bike Week and he is always admired for his capacity of being always innovative even respecting his essential style as strong point.
Always from Europe, precisely from Austria, comes Peter Penz, who started to work on bikes in 1983, in the beginning he did it as an hobby, painting them with an innovative design. In 1996 his passion became a real job that reserved great satisfactions and recognitions at an international level till nowadays.
He is famous also for his activity of frame builder, for which he is appreciated all over Europe.

BIKERNET MEDICAL CENTER HEAVY BUSINESS STUDY–FOUR Steps to Naturally Whiter Teeth.
If you are a cola, coffee, tea or red wine drinker, you may experience discolored teeth. Actually, any food or drink capable of staining clothes or carpets – including fruit juices, blueberries, soy sauce and curry – can also stain teeth. While the best way to get rid of persistent stains is with professional teeth cleaning, you can help prevent stains – new or recurring – with the following:
* Rinse your mouth with plain water after you drink or eat staining foods and beverages.
* Brush your teeth twice a day with a whitening toothpaste; many natural-ingredient-based toothpaste lines such as Tom’s of Maine now have whitening varieties.
* Floss daily (stains around the edges of your teeth can occur when plaque accumulates at the gum line and absorbs color from food and drink).
* Sip temperate fluids through a straw, which minimizes contact with teeth.
Be cautious about over-the-counter teeth whitening kits, and talk with your dentist about professional options. You should be aware that any method of tooth bleaching may, over time, break down the integrity of the teeth. That can leave them more susceptible to future stains. Tooth sensitivity is a common side effect of teeth whitening but usually decreases over time.

GUN NUT REPORT–What is the smallest caliber you trust to protect yourself?
My personal favorite defense gun has always been a Beretta Jetfire in 22 short. I have carried it for many years including while hiking. I never leave without it in my pocket. Of course the first rule when hiking in the wilderness is to use the “Buddy System”. This it means you NEVER hike alone, you bring a friend, companion or even an in-law because if something happens there is someone to go get help.
I remember one time while hiking with my brother-in-law in northern Alberta out of nowhere came this huge brown bear charging us and was she mad. We must have been near one of her cubs.
Anyway, if I had not had my little Jetfire I would not be here today. Just one shot to my brother-in-law’s knee cap and I was able to escape by just walking at a brisk pace.
