What a cool bike!! Inspire by the Norton Manx racer, the bike features a single cylinder EVO motor with a Rotax turbo mounted in place of the rear cylinder. This bike is a wonderous technical innovation in engineering and design. You’ll be getting a full feature on it when I return to NY on 9 July.
I’m off to ride the Canadian Rockies and try my hand at bull riding at the Calgary Stampede Rodeo over next weekend. I’ll get the feature to you as soon as I get out of the hospital? lol

Made for Big Twin Evo and Twin Cam engines, the pipe featured here on an ’07 Big Dog Mastiff has been dubbed L.M.F. The pipe will fit all H-D Big Twin models and most custom applications, including right-side drive models as long as the bike has forward controls. What makes this pipe so down and dirty are the stepped headpipes that merge into a huge outlet. To handle all the power this pipe dishes out as well as reduce chances of discoloration if chromed, it is made from heavy-gauge steel for durable strength. The L.M.F. pipe is available in raw finish, half-black or half-white wrap, and full chrome. D.K.C.C. also offers a baffled version of the L.M.F. pipe, the M.M.F. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing. I have never figured out why men think with their head and women with their heart. FOR EXAMPLE:One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed.Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says, “I don’t feel like it, I just want you to hold me.” I said, “WHAT??!! What was that?!” So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear…”You’re just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man.” She responded to my puzzled look by saying, “Can’t you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?” Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep. The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn’t decide which one to take, so I told her we’d just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said, “Lets get a pair for each outfit.” We went on to the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you… she was so excited She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn’t even know how to play tennis. I think I threw her for a loop when I said, “That’s fine, honey” She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation, she finally said, “I think this is alldear, let’s go to the cashier.” I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, “No honey, I don’t feel like it.” Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled, “WHAT?” I then said, “Honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You’re just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman.” And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, “Why can’t you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?” Apparently I’m not having sex tonight either….but at least that bitch knows I’m smarter than her. –from Jackie Darnell HARLEY-DAVIDSON FAT BOY MOTORCYCLE NAMED BEST CRUISER–Cycle World named the Harley-Davidson Fat Boy “Best Cruiser” for 2007. The article mentions the Fat Boy’s increased 134 cc engine “resulting in a gain of 3.5 hp and more importantly, 12 foot-pounds of torque.” It also notes the “smoother-shifting six-speed transmission” and decreased-effort clutch pull on the motorcycle. The 2007 Fat Boy features the new Twin Cam 96B balanced engine. The Twin Cam 96 engine was introduced in 2007 and comes standard on all Dyna and Touring models. FAMOUS BIKERNET CORRESPONDENT PANHANDLING FOR STURGIS– The bike is ready, I am ready, I have a place to stay in Sturgis. Still short on $, ain’t we all? THERE’S A QUICKIE–While the girls are packing the news onto the site, I’m packing the truck for the run north through Garlic Territory and into Hollister. Should be a helluva weekend. It will be good to get out on the road. It may be hot as hell, but who cares. We’re going to the place where it all began. It’s a cool little town near the wine country, the Garlic Festival and biker heaven. Next week the Assalt weapan goes to paint. Several tech tips are headed your way: Paughco is helping us understand all the tranny plate styles available for Big Twins, S&S gear driven set goes into the King and Wolfgang shows us how a stock Softail becomes a Bobber. Curt Lout shows us mountain girls who haven?t been fed in months and another adventure ride is headed your way. Have a helluva weekend. Ride Forever, –Bandit
