MINNESOTA ANTI-PROFILING MEASURE INTRODUCED A proposed anti-profiling bill before the Minnesota House would create rules to reduce perceived profiling of motorcycle riders and would require several law enforcement groups to draft anti-profiling practices when dealing with the riders.
