Keith Ball of Bikernet.com and 5-Ball Racing and five wives (five Mrs. Balls=5-Ball) was considering how to pay homage to his history in the industry, his past wives, and his history on the Bonneville Salt Flats and decided to develop a line of genuine apparel including quality leathers for cruiser, chopper, and bobber riders.

While in the throes of designing the first streamlined Belly Tank trike for Bonneville, Ball assembled a core team including Andrew Calogero of Crank and Stroker and Bob Kay of Biker Pros. Calogero is the operations and sales arm and Kay provides design expertise with his 30 years in the chopper industry.
