RawHyde Adventures to Debut Newest Facility at Adventure Days Rally

Las Vegas, NV – February 7, 2019 – RawHyde Adventures is gearing up to introduce the world to their new 100-acre Adventure Park in the heart of the legendary Mojave Desert. This is RawHyde’s third adventure-oriented training facility and it will be debuted at the Adventure Days rally, scheduled for February 21-24, 2019.
Adventure Days is an educational “Expo” and an annual weekend event traditionally geared towards adventure motorcyclists with the goal of bringing adventure riders of all experience levels together for classes, riding clinics, informational seminars, backcountry group rides, adventure exhibitors, and more.

This year, RawHyde has worked to expand the event by welcoming the 4 wheeled Overland community into the fold. “Adventure Days, at its core, is about preparing people to safely and responsibly travel the backcountry,” explains RawHyde founder, Jim Hyde. “This started out several years ago as an event for adventure motorcyclists, but we have found that adventure riders have much in common with overland enthusiasts. Whether you prefer to experience the backcountry on two wheels or four, we all share a common love of the natural beauty and serenity that can only be found by venturing off the paved highways.”
An Official Training Partner of BMW Motorrad, RawHyde trains hundreds of motorcyclists each year with a series of immersive off-road riding courses. For many of these students, Adventure Days serves as a reunion of sorts, an opportunity to return to RawHyde for a weekend of learning, riding, and camaraderie. What sets this year’s Adventure Days event apart, however, is the location.

“Over the past year, we have been developing our new training facility in the Mojave Desert, called ZAKAR,” Hyde explains. “This is the first of its kind really, a true purpose-built adventure park for motorcyclists and 4×4 enthusiasts.” While Adventure Days will serve as ZAKAR’s debut to the public, the facility will eventually host RawHyde training courses and will feature in some of RawHyde’s guided motorcycle tours.
In addition to the riding clinics and seminars conducted by some of the leading minds in the adventure riding and overlanding communities, Adventure Days will provide riders an opportunity to test ride the new lineup of BMW’s GS motorcycles. Attendees will be able to demo the new F 750 GS, F 850 GS, R 1250 GS and Adventure models in the environment they were designed for: the dirt.
