1st place gets $500 and “Miss Broken Spoke Saloon” title
The Broken Spoke Campground located in Sturgis, S.D. is proud to announce the second annual “Miss Broken Spoke Saloon” contest Wednesday, August 7th. The contest will include a pool competition and a stage “Grab Bag Runway” competition. The first place winner will receive $500 and a wristband refund, the second place winner will receive $350 and a wristband refund and the third place winner will receive $150 and a wristband refund. Entry is free and participants can enter in advance or on-premise.
The Broken Spoke Campground 2013 offers 14 days of camping during the Sturgis rally Monday, July 29 through Sunday August 11, on 600 beautiful acres including use of the renowned 5,000 square foot swimming pool, four hot tubs, eight different bars (including poolside tiki bars), clean bathrooms, hot private showers and the 30,000 square foot ride-thru biker bar. Admission into the campground gets you admission to concert headliners The Black Crowes, Queens of the Stone Age, KORN and Gary Allan and multiple motorcycle events throughout the week. The Broken Spoke Campground is located on 79 North just north of Bear Butte State Park.
