Like just about every journalist in the country, I had written about the events of 9-11. So it seemed right to pass those thoughts to him. As usual I had way too much fun in Reno. I didn’t get to bed before 3:30 either night. I hit a grand on aslot machine. I was pulling wheelies all over town and didn’t get caught. I asked three different bikecops if they wanted to race me but got no takers. Drank and ate too much. Got to ride some nicewinding roads, kept up with some jap bikes on Mt. Rose highway and pulled away from one of them ona long straightaway. All in all a great weekend.
