The Biker Handbook

Handboook

I was recently sent a book: BIKERS HANDBOOK – Becoming Part of The Motorcycle Culture, By Jay Barbieri to read and comment on.

I read it, and though I do not agree with everything, like his trailering to motorcycle events (though I do realize why some do) I think that it would be a good read for All new motorcyclist or riders who have questions about the lifestyle.

Older riders will laugh at some of the stuff he and his friends have done through they years. There is so much to learn about riding, the culture and lifestyle, it does take time, though. Experience is the best teacher, but the book may help you see what parts you want to experience or stay away from.

Hey, for those of you in the cold country that aren’t riding it is even a better deal.Jay’s name may be familiar to some as he also produced the American Thunder TV show on the SPEED Channel

OH, just for the record the book is available from http://www.motorbooks.com, ISBN 978-0-7603-3210-8.
