THREE-WHEELIN SUNDAY POST

Hey,

Well it’s never a dull moment around the Bikernet Headquarters. It was scheduled to be a mild weekend of bike wiring and tinkering around the shop, but as usual every weekend explodes with activity. The good Dr. Hamster called first with the notion to organize a Hamster Lunch ride for today. I agreed.

Then Gary Mraz called on Thursday. “Hey, Michel Paquette, from Campagna Trikes is riding his V-rod powered trike to Los Angeles, needs a place to stay and secure location to house his $55,000 trike.”

I said, “Oh shit, okay.”

Then the UPS man stopped buy with a box, the new 3.8 gallon Paughco tank for my son’s Mudflap Girl FXR. So I could steal Frank’s narrow tank and mount it on the 45 frame for Bonneville. The weekend was underway. Let’s hit the news and I’ll show you what happened:

TRIKE FEATURE COMING TO BIKERNET TRIKES–2012 Campagna V13R street legal Roadster Trike – the most unique, eye-catching, three wheeler on the planet. The V13R, handmade in Montreal, gets its tire-spinning power courtesy of a V-Rod, liquid-cooled, 1250cc, Harley-Davidson Revolution V-Twin motor and manual 5-Speed gearbox with reverse. There’s ample storage under the fiberglass hood and removable saddlebags.

Campagna good-guy Michel Paquette rode up to headquarters taking Bikernet’s Kozmo for a spin before the V13R disappeared with the Bikernet crew for the day. This beauty was run through its paces all over Southern California and get this: it’s registered as a motorcycle allowing it in the carpool lanes in all 50 states. If you want to be the top dog in your neighborhood check this baby out. Look for full V13R coverage on Bikernet Trikes.

BIKERNET UNIVERSITY LESSON IN LIFE–
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp.

They rub it and a Genie comes out.

The Genie says, ‘I’ll give each of you just one wish.’

‘Me first! Me first!’ says the admin clerk. ‘I want to be in the Bahamas , driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.’
Puff! She’s gone.

‘Me next! Me next!’ says the sales rep. ‘I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.’

Puff! He’s gone..

‘OK, you’re up,’ the Genie says to the manager.
The manager says, ‘I want those two back in the office after lunch.’

Moral of the story:

Always let your boss have the first say.

FLT SOLO TOURING RACK–So, you can’t fit that case of beer in your saddle bags without emptying out both bags? No problem, with our Solo Touring Rack you can make a beer run and bring back a keg.

This heavy duty rack is made of thick walled steel tubing and is designed to carry what ever you can fit on the deck. Unlike most add on racks, the Solo Touring Rack is situated over the rear axle, an area that can easily bear the weight of another rider.

Our rack is fitted with a sissy bar to accommodate a back rest (not included) and slots in the side plates for securing bungees or tie downs.

The Solo Touring Rack is simple to install (less than 5 minutes) and utilizes the Harley “docking hardware”.

The only caveat with this product is that you must run a Road King Rider Seat. (P/N 52949-97A)

Not only is this rack a brute but the low profile and style is a perfect fit to the Dresser models.

BIKERNET STAFFER BUSTED–
My boss phoned me today. He said, “Is everything okay at the office?”

Snake replied, “Yes, it’s all under control. It’s been a very busy day, I haven’t stopped.”

“Can you do me a favor?” he asked. I said, “Of course, what is it?”

“Speed it up a little, I’m in the foursome behind you.”

NEW ORGANIZATION: NATIONAL MOTORCYCLE RIDERS MEMORIAL–
I am the VP and PR man for a new organization. It is the “National Motorcycle Riders Memorial,” and it’s about time the biker community had one. We are gathering funds and actively looking for a suitable place to build and maintain a memorial for our fellow
riders. We want to keep it in Eastern Washington state.

Go to nmrm.memberlodge.org and check it out. There will be much more coming soon, we are well on our way to making this happen. We are looking at several building sights now.

We are looking for support, in the way of getting the word out, donations, members, state reps, etc. If you can help us out by passing the word it would be greatly appreciated. Maybe an article?

It’ll be great to visit, meet Jeff, the director and see all the great motorcycles and memorabilia first hand and pick up my new bike!”

CVO MANIA! A Kustom CVO Softail!–

We recently sold Laura’s 2010 HD CVO Softail to Lil’ John Kuklisin of Cleveland, Ohio, and added some kustom touches.

Lil’ John wanted a lower touring bike to fit his “vertically challenged” stature (he may be a smaller guy, but he sure is big on spirit!). The Klock Werks Softour Fairing Kit, Flare Windshield, Benchmark front fender, flush mount axle, and floorboard undercovers, along with a custom extended Vance and Hines Pro-Pipe, and K&N breather kit did just that – gave Lil’ John the lower touring bike he was after, kustomized.

AJ’s Custom Paint of Mesa, Arizona, matched up the CVO colors and graphics and the results speak for themselves. The bike has been selected for an upcoming feature in Hot Bike Baggers magazine and will be photographed in Daytona…so keep your eyes peeled for the feature.

Go4 Charity Ride–Historical Motorcycle Convoy Bangkok-Phnom Penh–
A motorcycle convoy headed by Danish Ambassador Mikael H. Winther and Tommy Christensen, a Danish member of the Harley Davidson Owners Group of Thailand, roared on 16 February into Phnom Penh, the Cambodian capital, 48 hours after the bikers had left Bangkok on the first ever organized MC group trip from Bangkok to Phnom Penh. ScandAsia’s video photographer and producer Wido Schlichting, who lives in Phnom Penh, was there to cover their arrival.

Wido Schlichting’s video is now available on youtube.com/scandasia/

The Go4 Charity Ride was organized to raise funds for Helmets for Kids, a 10-month road-safety programme in Cambodia to buy helmets and provide educational training for students.
The Danish embassy had been in charge of organizing all visa arrangements for the riders at the Aranyaprathet-Poipet border crossing on the unique capital-to-capital motorcycle ride.
Having crossed the border – and crossed over to drive on the right hand side of the road in Cambodia – the bikers continued on Highway 5 to Battambang City and the Khemrabattambang 1 Hotel where the participants held a BBQ at the pool side with live band.

The next morning, the group continued on Highway 5 towards Phnom Penh he Ride continues toward Phnom Penh, a distance of approximately 300 km. Approaching Phnom Penh, the traffic started being bad and the convoy had to slow down a bit. But still the group managed to be able to roar into the capital before dark, creating acute awareness wherever they passed by.

In the evening, a BBQ party was held at Hotel Cambodiana with view of the majestic Mekong River in celebration of the complwetion of the unique ride.

On Friday, the donation ceremony with the hand-over of the funds in support of purchasing the helmets for the kids took place.

Saturday the ride went back again to Thailand, this time taking the scenic route down south over Sihanoukville and further on Road 48 through the mountains towards the Cambodian / Thai border. This is a very nice road, although the speed on some stretches of the road can max be only 60-80 km/h.

URGENT TENNESEE LEGISLATIVE ALERT–
PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS URGENTLY NEEDED NOW–
CALL AND/OR WRITE TODAY–PLEASE FORWARD TO ANY AND ALL FREEDOM FIGHTERS WHO LIVE OUTSIDE OF TENNESSEE URGENT–Committee hearing on February 21–may be rolled to February 28 (This is an official request from Tennesee motorcyclists for out of state citizen activists to help restore liberty. If you would please take the time to read and see how easily you can help, we would greatly appreciate your support.)

Our Liberty Bill HB2661 is before the House Transportation Sub-committee. www.capitol.tn.gov. We are so close. ONE VOTE will make the difference. So we only need ONE MORE VOTE in favor. This is not a difficult task.

This committee is our biggest hurdle. We believe we have enough support to get out of full committee. We have passed this bill in the full Senate on three other years in the past.

We are asking every grass roots motorcycle citizen receiving this to impress on the members of the committee how much money their district is losing on account of their unwillingness to commit or their down right opposition. Each one of their districts enjoys dynamic scenery with merchants that rely on tourism as the 2nd biggest industry in Tennessee for their family survival.

Because of this, we are also providing community resources in the district. Please let them know they are losing your money because of mandatory helmet law in this state.

All of this is because our state has refused to recognize the enormous positive economic impact of YOUR tourism dollars when considering our bill. They will ‘speculate’ on the negative impact but then mention that the positive is ‘speculative’. We need YOU to make it REAL to them.

The ultimate goal is that ANY and ALL communication must be respectful. While calling or writing, please imagine that you are in an extremely important job interview. Even if it does not look as though you will be “getting the job” or vote in this case, you MUST be committed to end the conversation in a kind and civil manner… After you hang up the phone, you can cuss out the wall.

This is important!!! We classify our legislators as champions, friends, worthy adversaries and enemies. The next person to contact this individual might make a point that hits home to win them into the friend category. If your contact ends ugly, it will ruin that potential and shove them toward “enemy”.

Remember that conversions rarely happen from one conversation. Whether you till the soil, lay the seed, water the row or pull weeds to warm with sunshine, you must leave that ground-work without harm so that it will become the future harvest you anticipate.

So analyze yourself ahead of time. If you know your passion might lend to a short fuse, please choose to write rather than call. You can still be an important contributor to this harvest!

If your friend, aunt, ex-spouse or twice removed cousin owns a business in one of these districts, their business could be positively impacted by changing this law. Restaurants, grocers, convenient store/gas stations, repair shops, retail sales, hotels, camp grounds and amusement venues all stand to prosper when adult choice is restored. It has been proven historically in the last four states that have modified their law. If they do, please have them call their Member.

So we don’t necessarily need members to vote in favor of the bill passing out of Sub-committee. If they will simply agree to abstain from the vote or be somewhere else when the Committee convenes, that would work as well.

So here are the members and suggestions how you can either personally impress upon them to support passage of this bill to full committee or get someone else involved who can.

HB2661 – The Motorcyclists Liberty Restoration Act

These Members have open ears and simply need support to stand up against our opposing lobbyists . They have been “friendlies” on other issues.

Give these members an estimate of what you’ll likely spend in and around their district because of their support. They are in the heart of beautiful touring landscapes on the best road conditions in the country!

Members of Transportation Sub-Committee who oppose the bill:
All three of these members have been contacted by constituents to no success. You can have an impact by letting their community know what they are losing in tourism. Tell them you will continue to enjoy the 30 other liberty states tourism rather than Tennessee because of this law!

House District 2 in Kingsport, TN Representative Tony Shipley

(Eastern most state district, glorious site-seeing, easy access from No Carolina or Virginia, close to AHDRA races in Bristol, TN)

Rep Shipley is actively working against us. Contact his Chamber of Commerce, their list of vineyards and other tourism industry members to let them know you’ll continue to spend your tourism dollars in any of the other 30 liberty states because Tony Shipley refuses to support of HB2661.

House District 37 Monteagle, Spencer & Dunlap, TN Rep. Bill Harmon

(Central state district on the Upper Cumberland Plateau. This district defines TN in all its visual glory. There are valley farm communities nestled between large Cumberland Mountains that have awesome four lane state hwys and two lane switch backs that are very lightly traveled. Top country music artists have settled at the tops of these mountains for good reason!)

http://www.capitol.tn.gov/house/members/h37.html

Representative Harmon is currently, strongly opposed to our bill. As past chairman of the Transportation Committee when the Democrats were in the majority, he always gave us a fair hearing, and pulled no underhanded tactics. However, he is now, for some unknown reason, an adaman no vote. Just today, he announced that he will not be running again for House of Representatives after more than ten years of service. He may run for Senate, or for the Mayor position in his district.

His district hosts a motorcycle rally in Monteagle, TN called Thunder on the Rock.

Please contact the event staff and let them know how much you spend when you attend rallies in liberty states. Let them know what they are missing because Rep Harmon opposes HB2661 to restore liberty to motorcyclists who ride in TN.

NEVADA APPROVES SELF-DRIVING CAR REGULATIONS–
CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Nevada is becoming the first state to regulate self-driving vehicles on its roadways.
The state’s legislative commission on Wednesday approved regulations that were vetted by car manufacturers, insurance companies, law enforcement officials and others.
Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles Director Bruce Breslow says the DMV is now developing licensing procedures for companies that want to test self-driving cars in Nevada.
Gov. Brian Sandoval test-drove a self-driving Toyota Prius in July. The car being developed by Google Inc. uses radar, sensors and computers that allow the vehicle to drive itself, though human drivers can override the autopilot function.
Breslow says self-driving test cars will use red license plates. When the technology is ready for use by the general public, the cars will display green license plates.

MRF

I trust they tested these cars to make certain they recognize motorcycles, it should be stated in any regulation that they will, and then of course confirmed.

THEY’RE HERE! 2011 DARWIN AWARDS–
You’ve been waiting for them with bated breath, so without further ado, here are the 2011 Darwin Awards.

Eighth Place
In Detroit, a 41-year-old man got stuck and drowned in two feet of water after squeezing head first through an 18-inch-wide sewer grate to retrieve his car keys.

Seventh Place

A 49-year-old San Francisco stockbroker, who “totally zoned when he ran”, accidentally jogged off a 100-foot high cliff on his daily run.

Sixth Place
While at the beach, Daniel Jones, 21, dug an 8 foot hole for protection from the wind and had been sitting in a beach chair at the bottom, when it collapsed, burying him beneath 5 feet of sand. People on the beach used their hands and shovels trying to get him out but could not reach him. It took rescue workers using heavy equipment almost an hour to free him. Jones was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Fifth Place
Santiago Alvarado, 24, was killed as he fell through the ceiling of a bicycle shop he was burglarizing. Death was caused when the long flashlight he had placed in his mouth to keep his hands free rammed into the base of his skull as he hit the floor.

Fourth Place

Sylvester Briddell, Jr., 26, was killed as he won a bet with friends who said he would not put a revolver loaded with four bullets into his mouth and pull the trigger.

Third Place
After stepping around a marked police patrol car parked at the front door, a man walked into H&J Leather & Firearms intent on robbing the store. The shop was full of customers and a uniformed officer was standing at the counter. Upon seeing the officer, the would-be robber announced a hold-up and fired a few wild shots from a target pistol.
The officer and a clerk promptly returned fire, and several customers also drew their guns and fired. The robber was pronounced dead at the scene by Paramedics. Crime scene investigators located 47 expended cartridge cases in the shop. The subsequent autopsy revealed 23 gunshot wounds. Ballistics identified rounds from 7 different weapons. No one else was hurt.

HONORABLE MENTION
Paul Stiller, 47, and his wife Bonnie were bored just driving around at 2 A.M. so they lit a quarter stick of dynamite to toss out the window to see what would happen. Apparently they failed to notice that the window was closed.

RUNNER UP
Kerry Bingham had been drinking with several friends when one of them said they knew a person who had bungee-jumped from a local bridge in the middle of traffic. The conversation grew more excited, and at least 10 men trooped along the walkway of the bridge at 4:30 AM.
Upon arrival at the midpoint of the bridge, they discovered that no one had brought a bungee rope. Bingham, who had continued drinking, volunteered and pointed out that a coil of lineman’s cable lay nearby. They secured one end around Bingham’s leg and then tied the other to the bridge. His fall lasted 40 feet before the cable tightened and tore his foot off at the ankle. He miraculously survived his fall into the icy water and was rescued by two nearby fishermen. Bingham’s foot was never located.

AND THE WINNER IS….
Zookeeper Friedrich Riesfeldt ( Paderborn , Germany ) fed his constipated elephant 22 doses of animal laxative and more than a bushel of berries, figs and prunes before the plugged-up pachyderm finally got relief. Investigators say ill-fated Friedrich, 46, was attempting to give the ailing elephant an olive oil enema when the relieved beast unloaded.
The sheer force of the elephant’s unexpected defecation knocked Mr Riesfeldt to the ground where he struck his head on a rock as the elephant continued to evacuate 200 pounds of dung on top of him. It seems to be just one of those freak accidents that proves… ‘Shit happens’

IT ALWAYS SEEMS IMPORTANT TO THANK THESE PEOPLE

CLASSIC CARS FOR SALE– I am working on ideas for some biker fiction, I really liked the Vince and Chance story, I followed it in the cantina originally but it made a great book.

I have the 51 Ford and the 37 Chevy on ebay right now and they are looking pretty good. I plan on riding down for quick visit to the headquarters in March or April.

BIKERNET UNIVERSITY TARDY STUDENT WEEKEND VOCABULARY LESSON–
spruce sproos, verb:

1. To make neat or dapper (often followed by up).
2. To make oneself spruce (usually followed by up).

adjective:
1. Trim in dress or appearance; neat; smart; dapper.

When the two bridges embrace all of Astoria Park, a lush, well-populated recreation area old as the neighborhood itself, another finger of public lands extends north of Hell Gate called Ralph Demarco, recently developed with the help of nearby Con Edison to spruce up the rather bleak city projects across the street.
— Lionel Shriver, Checker and the Derailleurs

He scraped his change up off the bar, having a little trouble with the dimes because he’d chopped off the tips of his fingernails with a penknife just this morning as part of a general effort to spruce up his image.
— T. Coraghessen Boyle, Drop City

Spruce has an unusual history. It literally meant “from Prussia” (or Pruce). It came to be associated with the tree which was brought by Prussian merchants to England. The sense of “to make dapper” came about from a type of coat, the spruce jerkin, that was made with leather from Prussia.

This will be on my bike soon enough. It’s the best system I’ve encountered. I’m also heavily into Panheads. That was icing on the cake. Great article and pro advice. What else could you ask for?

EPA Approves Health Effects Testing of E15 RFA and Growth Energy says decision moves commercial availability closer–

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved testing of E15 gasoline on health effects, which moves the fuel closer to final registration and being made available commercially. The testing was submitted by the Renewable Fuels Association and Growth Energy.

“Our evaluation therefore concludes that RFA/Growth Energy has submitted data and analysis that would satisfy the Tier 1 and Tier 2 testing requirements for registration,” the EPA report stated.

“EPA’s action today puts E15 on the precipice of commercialization and means that consumers may be able to choose a more affordable E15 option in time for the expensive summer driving season,” RFA President and CEO Bob Dinneen. “This is huge step toward meaningful market expansion for domestically-produced ethanol.”

Suppliers of ethanol and E15 as a result of the EPA approval, are now able to register with the agency to offer the fuel.

“Now it is up to the retailers and individual fuel companies to register for approval to sell E15,” said Tom Buis, CEO of Growth Energy. “With ethanol selling an average of 76 cents a gallon cheaper than gasoline and $4 a gallon gasoline on the horizon, we’d encourage all Americans to ask their local filling station how soon they will see more-affordable E15.”

Once this plan is completed, and companies register with EPA, E15 can be sold to the EPA-approved vehicles in states and at stations that are prepared to do so.

However, opponents of ethanol are continuing to fight to delay or stop the use of E15. Last week a bill introduced by Representative James Sensenbrenner, R-Wisc., that would require more testing before fo use of E15.

The American Coalition for Ethanol criticized the bill, saying EPA has already studied the fuel at length.

“No other fuel, including gasoline, has undergone the same battery of tests,” ACE Vice President Brian Jennings. “Once it hits the market, E15 will be clearly labeled for its intended use for consumers to prevent misfueling in small and non-road engines.”

BIKERS FOR BIKERS FOUNDATION– We are a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 foundation registered with the IRS established to help injured/sick bikers & very needy children. The organization was founded in 2008 & became a legal nonprofit in 2009. The story on the website is a true story.

Obviously, we are a bit “Old School” continuing the old tradition of bikers helping their own. With so many causes these days, seems like bikers have gotten away from what the original Poker Runs/benefits were for. Don’t get me wrong, most causes are good ones. I simply try to remind people that most bigger causes like cancer, (which we have all lost loved ones to), diabetes, Red Cross, & United Way, all have major corporate supporters who give millions to support those causes yearly. On top of that, most of those causes have some very highly paid employees. Red Cross & United Way CEOs are nearing the $1 million dollar mark on salaries! And, all larger nonprofits spend from 50-99% on salaries, supplies, etc., with very little actually going to the cause.

Bikers For Bikers Foundation has no employees. It’s workers volunteer and 98-100% actually goes to the cause. We know at some point, we will have to spend money on employees, etc. but, we have vowed to keep it under 20% when we get to that point so that the monies made actually go to help those in need, which is what charity is all about.

Our Rally: May 18-20, 2012. Our tenative date yearly is the weekend after Mother’s Day. It is at Shakori Hills Park, home of the GrassRoots Festival just out of Pittsboro, NC. We have a “Battle of the Bands” drawing in bands from around NC & surrounding states. Last year we had 12 bands compete & already have about 8 signed up for the competition this year, so we should have 15-20 total. It is a winner takes all competition. We also have some of the best camping around, with very nice showers, areas for large groups camping, a huge concert stage, and about 78 acres with concessions, vendors, etc. We let our vendors who sign up by Mar. 01 in for free (that is huge for a vendor) and already have a number of vendors signed up.

Rubber Up & Ride Safe!

IT’LL SOON BE TIME TO GO HOG WILD IN INDIANA–
In the meantime, mark your calendars for Sept.

MARION, Ind. – No, this isn’t the greatest riding weather. But a bike in the garage doesn’t mean riding is far from the mind.

This is a great time to plan great rides, and one of the greatest of the season can be in the place where the Hog was born. Marion’s annual Hog Daze celebration is scheduled for the weekend of Sept. 21-23. The event remembers the 1920 Marion International Motorcycle Race, won by the Harley-Davidson team.

Ray Weishaar, the winning rider, had adopted as a mascot a small pig from a local farm, and the pig accompanied Weishaar on his victory lap. The mascot was a hit, and fans called the H-D team “Hog Boys.” We celebrate that each year in Marion, the home of the race where the name and the legend were born.

Relive history by participating in the Chasing Tail Ride on the original 1920 course. Share food and fun with fellow riders and Hog fans. Enjoy the live music of Hog Daze Night. Thousands of people from almost 20 states and Canada visit downtown Marion to admire cool bikes, swap stories, and share tips on customizing and riding.
The fun continues the next weekend, Sept. 27-30, with the annual Jonesboro River Rally. The River Rally showcases trick motorcycle riding, drill teams, a poker run, burnout contests, a rodeo and live entertainment.

Over the same weekend and not far away, in Fairmount, riders can pay homage to legendary actor, Grant County native son and motorcycle fan James Dean. The remembering James Dean Festival is centered in Fairmount, the town Dean called home and where he rests forever, but includes activities in Gas City and Marion as well. Motorcycles were an important part of Dean’s life, and they play a role in this special weekend.
Of course, these aren’t the only fine times for a ride into and around Grant County.

For more information about visiting Grant County, Hog Daze, The Jonesboro River Rally, Remembering James Dean and more cool fun, visit www.ShowMeGrantCounty.com.

The 2012 SACRAMENTO EASYRIDERS SHOW ROCKS–Well, it looks like raisin pie for everybody! All you old timers will remember that phrase from the early days. It meant success and a job well done, and it still fits today. The 2012 Easyriders Show in Sac Town contained a great collection of the best custom bikes on the West Coast.

Watch for the full report next week.

ROCK ON–I can’t even remember what happened two days ago. Harry started painting fences, and I started welding tabs on the 45 frame after I cut them off the Mudflap girl and Ray ground them smooth. Then up rolled Michel and the Campagna trike and all hell broke loose.

It was all a blur from that point forward. I tried to work on Buckshot’s Sac Easyrides Show coverage, but gave lessons on launching stories to one of the new Bikernet Trikes staffers. Then Agent Zebra called. He’s going to work with George Christie on a Hunter Thompson-like story about how George jams for miles on his hot rod dyna while on house arrest. We will bring you more info about his case in the news.

“Batten the hatches. Towle, grease your illustrative sword,” said the Agent. “Let’s break some rules.”

Then the video guys showed up, and our official Bikernet Trikes road testing nut, Gary Maurer, who grabbed one of my Terry the Tramp books to show to Stacy Keach, for movie consideration.

I tried positioning the new Paughco tank on the Spitfire FXR frame, and concentrate on wiring the beast with the Wire Plus speedo, dash panel, and the Grip Ace switches. The process involved three, maybe four schematics. Plus the Crane ignition system wiring diagram added to the mix. Then my 89-year-old Ma called. “What are you doing Sunday?” She said.

“Oh nothing, mom,” I returned, “Just the Sunday Post.”

“Can you give me a lift to a birthday party?” She asked. “I know you’re busy, but it’s Dorothy’s 102th Birthday.

What’s a poor boy to do. I said Yes. Holy shit. Hang on for next week. I’ll be in touch with Saddlemen, and maybe ride my Mudflap Girl home. Ray delivered his 97-inch Twin Cam engine, built by Bennett’s, up to San Jose to be slipped into his Dyna chassis. We have Bill’s new Coast to Coast Legislative Report, and another chapter of World Run is ready to post. Plus, we will have a report on Big Bear Choppers, a feature from the Grand National Roadster Show and a Bagger tech from Australia. Have a helluva week and check back often.

Ride Forever,
